One Practice, Every Level of Outpatient Care
You should not have to start over every time your needs change. Our programs are connected.
Recovery is rarely a straight line, and the level of care you need today may be different from what you need in three months. Crown Behavioral Health offers a connected range of outpatient programs so you can step up or step down between levels of care without losing the clinical relationships and momentum you have built.

Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Therapy
For adults managing both mental health conditions and substance use, our licensed clinicians provide integrated care that addresses both at the same time. Treatment focuses on building coping skills, processing underlying experiences, and creating stability in daily life. Services can be tailored to each individual, whether they are starting treatment or continuing care.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The most intensive outpatient level of care, PHP provides structured treatment for most of the day, several days per week. PHP is appropriate for individuals stepping down from inpatient treatment or those who need significant daily support without 24-hour residential care. Programming includes group therapy, individual sessions, skill-building, and clinical oversight.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP offers a meaningful level of structure and support while giving you the flexibility to live at home and manage daily responsibilities. Sessions typically meet three to five days per week for three hours per session. Crown offers daytime, afternoon, and evening IOP schedules, including split schedules for clients with varying availability such as college students.
Standard Outpatient Therapy
Standard Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy is the foundation of long-term recovery for many clients. Weekly or biweekly sessions with a licensed therapist provide ongoing support for mental health, addiction maintenance, relapse prevention, and life skills development. Outpatient is also the natural step-down from IOP for clients who have built stability and are ready for less frequent contact.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling to reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and support physical stabilization. Our medical director oversees all medication management, and MAT is integrated with therapy services so your medical and clinical care are always aligned.
Mental Health Outpatient Therapy
Mental Health Outpatient Therapy
For adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other mental health conditions, our licensed therapists provide individual counseling focused on building coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating lasting emotional stability. Mental health therapy can be provided independently or alongside addiction treatment.

What Makes Us Different
Person-Centered Care That Adapts as You Grow
Recovery is not a program you complete. It is a life you rebuild.
Many treatment programs operate on a fixed model where every client follows the same path and graduates at the same point. Crown Behavioral Health operates differently. Your care plan evolves with you, based on honest conversations with your clinical team and real evidence of your progress.
Flexible scheduling that works around real life, not the other way around
Housing support integrated into treatment when stability is part of the clinical picture
A clinical team that communicates across disciplines, so your therapist and medical provider are always on the same page
Active community involvement, including drug court partnerships and local health fairs, that connects you to resources beyond our clinic
A nonjudgmental environment where you are treated as a whole person, not a case number
